It is a family owned business by Amarjit Kaur, the chef, and Jagjit Sikka, the owner.Opened on January 12th, 2005, India's Flavor has been providing authentic Indian food to the Glendale, Montrose, La Crescenta, Burbank, and Pasadena communities. The Sikkas have been in United States for eight years and through their determination, have brought Amarjit's dreams, of owning a restaurant and cooking all day long, to life.
